To recover your password, simply enter your teddy bear’s name and click on “Send.” A message with your password will be sent to the email address you gave when you adopted your teddy bear.

Note: Sending an email is the only way to recover the password associated with your teddy bear. If you did not include an email when you adopted your teddy bear, or if the email address is no longer valid, you will not be able to recover your password. You must therefore create a new teddy bear.
